THE CHALLENGE
Satvik Ghee had long been successful in the B2B dairy and ghee supply segment, but the shift toward a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model required a distinct identity that felt authentic, rooted, and premium.
They needed a new brand architecture, product story, packaging system, digital presence, and narrative positioning that:

1. Brand Naming & Architecture
We developed the sub-brand Gir Culture — rooted in the sacred legacy of the Gir region and its revered A2 breed of desi cows. It positioned the brand as a custodian of cultural tradition, not just a dairy seller.
